Our Valued Business Partners and Dear Colleagues,

As DEMAŞ A.Ş., we continue our activities across a broad range in the precious metals market. As a precious metals supplier known and trusted in the international market, a manufacturer with a wide product range, an exporter delivering these products to the global market, and a respected raw material supplier in the domestic market, we possess a versatile structure.

Our experience built over many years, our ability to keep pace with innovation that we have developed together with all our employees, and the strong corporate culture we have formed over time evolve, grow and reshape on the same foundation through our belief in "change and transformation" — one of the most important concepts of our time.

In a market that runs on trust, ranking among the first in figures and in every one of our activities demonstrates our successful progress towards the goals we have set with the right steps. As our self-adopted slogan states: "We prove that we do the work we know, and we do it well."

By developing, renewing, learning from our experiences and drawing strength from them, we are expanding our goals; we aim to grow further in terms of sector, production and market diversity, as well as technological infrastructure and production capacity.

In this dynamic market that changes every day, we provide our services as a reliable business partner — selective and without compromising on compliance with national and international regulations. When we look at the path we have travelled since 2019, we are proud to see how far we have come. But now we can see farther, and as we look ahead we realise how long the road still is — one whose end we cannot yet see. Now we have new dreams. We will work with all our strength for them, and we will come before you with new stories to tell; because we know how valuable it is to have a story to tell.

Just as "the ripening ear of grain bows its head," we too will mature as we grow, strive to develop ourselves further, compete with ourselves and, as we gain mastery, become ever more devoted apprentices of our craft.

In 2024, we will continue to focus on production and exports, increasing the contribution we make to our national economy. We will bring our planned investments online and, on the one hand, broaden the scope of our efforts to strengthen our presence in the global arena and expand our supply and marketing network. As one of Turkey's pioneering institutions, we will continue our responsibility to create benefit for the world we live in, our country, our employees and our stakeholders, and to use technology to create value.
